Hey all!

I have a question that may or may not have been answered already. I am using Becker 2012 study material as well as 2012 Ninja notes. The ninja notes mention that the 2013 exam will test 2012 information. So far, howver, I have noticed a couple of discrepancies between my Becker book and the Ninja notes. Will the 2012 information in Becker be sufficient? I mean like 100 percent trust worthy?

Just to clarify on one discrepancy I found – Homeowners Exclusion in Becker says 500, 000 is available to married couples, yet Ninja notes says 1,000,000? Not sure why??

@gim, if I am not mistaken $250,000 each or $500,000 joint is if you see your home. The $1,000,000 is for mortgage interest expense….

@Turtle: thanks. Can you verify that the AMT exemption formula is still x25% at the end? aka:

Single: 51900 – (AMTI – 115400) x 25%

MFJ: 80800 – (AMTI – 153900) x 25%

Have my test in 4.5 hours! I just did 50 MCQ on Wiley Test Bank. Need to wake up my brain cus I am not RTMFQ yet. Usually takes me a bit to warm up when I start studying.

AHHHH! So nervous. I really don't feel good about it yet at ALL. I wish I didn't tell people my test dates either. After this one, I am not going to tell anyone except my parents and study partner. Too much pressure and questioning.

Do any of the ones available (Ninja, etc) have all the dates and extensions consolidated together? Or perhaps carryback and forwards? I think this would be very helpful.
