@silliepanda Allergic Pink Eye? Does that mean its not contagious? So I guess you can take this exam with one eye closed? (Let's not go for the “one arm behind the back” too concept). I'm surprised that you are anxious AND need coffee!! You beat this test before, you can beat it again!!

I have a quick question. I've updated my rates and phase-out numbers per the Becker website. But the Becker questions are still using the old rates. What rates will the test use do you think? For example, the second question has to do with medical expenses, so I did my calculation with the 10% while the solution used 7.5%. There was no percentage given. Now this one I could have figured out because using the 10% the answer wasn't an option. But on the test I was just wondering if there's a situation like that on the exam if they would give you the rate to use. I find it frustrating that I'm having to remember the rates for multiple years to correctly answer the Becker MCQs.

Hey everyone, not sure if this is an appropriate question so if it isn't let me know and I will delete. But is there any chance of getting a TBS on Law? Or is it pretty much standard that the TBS that isn't research will always be on Tax?

Then the 20% of law will come from the MCQ. Right? Just wondering if I should be practising more TBS for Law or if I should be focusing the majority of my time on the Tax aspects since it is more heavily tested.

    Thanks guys! 🙂

I take back my previous question, I got to that one and freaked out, but then I went on to do better than I think I've ever done on a first run-through of homework so I'm feeling pretty good tonight! Good luck to everyone on their studying this weekend! I'm sure I'll check back in tomorrow freaking out about something else. @CPAforeigner I haven't gotten to the law stuff or I'd try to help I'm sorry!

How do you guys recover from a bad day? I took 3 weeks off work to study and I have some days like yesterday, where I just don't get one thing done. I have some days where I don't get as much done as I would like. (Say only 100 MCQ and 1 or 2 chapters.)

Whenever I have days like that getting close to exam day really starts to deflate me and make me feel like i've failed already. Any tips on how to power through and stay motivated after having an off day?
