@LSYNC- I wouldn't listen to your husband 😉 hehe. I say you need to do what's best for you! How bad would you (and he) feel if you got a 74 because you took your test sooner rather than later?! That was my thinking for pushing my test back. I'm not trying to get a 99 necessarily… But I'm studying like I am in order to ensure I pass this last test!!!!! But I will be just as happy with a 75 haha. Good luck 🙂

The Commercial Paper section is driving me insane.

Having to dig through 5 different layers of who endorsed something to who, who's liable, who has a claim, who has what defenses, etc, is maddening. The questions in the Wiley TB seem so bloated and unnecessarily confusing. The lecture was so dry and boring as well.

Has anyone else struggled with this topic or am I just being dense? Is this an ‘important topic' in b-law or is just a basic understanding sufficient for the exam?

There is an insane amount of detail and I feel like I'll only see like 5 questions on these. But, one never knows, right? I feel like I'm studying for the Bar exam going through these questions sometimes.

Well, I came out of the exam feeling pretty good… However that doesn't necessarily mean anything in the CPA world as far as if I passed or not… for FAR and AUD I ended up finishing the exam with an hour and a half to spare, but for REG I was working on the SIMs up until the last second.
