Hi! Do we need to know 2012 numbers or 2013 numbers? For example, the gift tax exclusion according to Wiley Test Bank is $14,000 for 2013 vs $13,000 for 2012. Thanks in advance! Happy studying everyone!

Does anyone have or know of an easy way to remember Employee Stock Options? It's from Becker R1 pages 72-75. It's only 4 pages of material and Becker highlighted just about everything. I tried writing notes, but took over a half hour basically re-writing almost everything Becker highlighted because everything seems important. Is there an easier way to remember the rules of these?

Well, I found out while on vacation that I got a 72 on REG, so it looks like I will be rejoining this group for a few more weeks. Hoping to retake in late July. For now, I'm going to e joy the rest of my time off from work and studying.
