    In the Wiley Test bank, when you take a Test to similate the real test, does it gives you new questions that were never seen (like Becker's Final Test) or does it choose from the bank of questions you've already seen?

    Becker, Wiley Test Bank, and Ninja 10 Point Combo!

    hi all, i am confused with AMTI . do you need to add back medical expense(7.5%) in excess of 10 % back since we deducted 10% for medical expense in 2013 ?

    @Nami, I guess you would not if the question specifically asks about 2013 taxes, but it may ask about 2012 or 2011 in which case you would need to know that rich people have to use 10% instead of 7.5%. In 2013 there'd be no difference, in my understanding. I noticed this too and that's how I explained it to myself- interested to see what others say.

    BEC: 7/15/13 - Passed! 83
    AUD: 5/20/13 - Passed! 84
    REG: 2/25/13 - 68, 4/8/13- 74 - You have got to be joking. Retake: 8/31/13
    FAR: 11/29/12 - Passed! 82

    Pregnant and studying- due with my first (baby boy) in November.

    @MrsBing

    The asset will be recorded at FMV for accounting purposes.

    Are you sure that the simulation was talking about recording for tax purposes and not accounting ?

    I'm sure this has been covered here, but I'm not reading the entire thread, so sorry in advance, guys =)

    Are we being tested on 2012 or 2013 tax code? I only ask because I just got a question in my study program that said the MFJ std deduction is 2x the individual, but that's not the case anymore for 2013 because the marriage penalty is back.

    AUD: 82
    FAR: 78
    BEC: 75
    REG: 8/1 score release!!

    How is everyone's studying going for those taking it in these last 3 days of the window? Any topics you are focusing on or any topics you are praying don't make it to the exam?? LOL.

    The topics I don't want to see on the exam :AMT and Commercial Paper! They are my arch nemesis! 🙁
