Hi everyone,
I’m studying BLAW for REG now and realized that most of the material covered in Becker (chapter 6,7 and 8) are new to me. I took 2 BLAW classes in undergrad which mostly covered several topics: Contracts, Agency, Business Structure and Bankruptcy. However, Surety, Commercial Paper, Sales, Secured Transactions are new to me. Are there any tips that you can share to help me memorize them better ?

I would say Becker does a pretty good job of going over BLAW. I watched lecture, read the book, took notes, and then cranked out the MC's. If you're short on time, I wouldn't even recommend going through chapter 8.

I'm going to be getting into business law as well, also with a time constraint.

I normally take A LOT of notes but I don't think I have the time. I'm going to review the ebook briefly and then spend a couple of days (maybe 4-5 hours each night) on each lecture.

I really want to focus the majority of my time on tax and the ethics lectures.

My office is chuck full of files and my days are full of appointments. I'm going to go crazy, 3 weeks left. I damn near had a nervous breakdown yesterday.
