How in the hell can anybody keep the REG B-law information straight? I do ok with the tax parts, but this business law crap is nearly impossible unless you have some type of photographic memory. I don’t, I am one who can figure things out from the information given as AUD and BEC were very easy for me. This is the most frustrating and hardest section of the exam, yet it’s pass rate is higher than AUD? At least FAR is some what logical and in the real world.

I watch the Yeager videos and review the ninja notes very closely and I can barely get 50% during first pass. Unless you only have to get 50% correct to pass I have no idea how to memorize enough to pass.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm studying Sales and Commercial paper right now. Going down hill from here. Some of the questions I believe are worded poorly. I use my e-book to refer to the text and make additional notes. I don't have the Ninja notes for this section yet, but I hope that will help clarify a ton of material.
