REG Simulations – Only tax?

I heard from a friend that all the simulations in REG are ONLY related to tax topics; there won’t be any business law topics.

Becker doesn’t say anything specific eluding to that, so I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. If this is true, then obviously I won’t study the business law topics as heavily as I would otherwise. Does anyone have legitimate sources citing that this is the case?

You should know by now no one is allowed to answer this question.

I was just going to say the same thing – when you apply to take the exam and again when you take the exam, you agree to not disclose the content.

    B 4/9/11 62
    F 8/14/10 55 08/06/11 43
    R 10/14/10 35 05/14/11 58 5/4/13 ???

I wasn't asking for anyone to disclose content. I was simply asking if there is a legitimate source, like someone's study materials or the AICPA specifically stating that only tax topics would be tested on the sims. A simple “no, that's not true” would have sufficed.

How is ‘no, that's not true' an answer to ‘Does anyone have legitimate sources citing that this is the case?'

I think it is fair to state the following without disclosing or not disclosing anything… for those of you who have used the Yaeger review course, you will recall that Phil Yaeger explicitly states that he has never heard of a non-tax simulation showing up on REG, but that's not to say that one couldn't show up.

@interfc1, thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for.

I'm confused as to why you wouldn't study the business law topics heavily based on whether there are going to be simulations on them. Usually people don't study specifically for simulations, and instead concentrate on MCQ to ensure they know the concepts well enough. That way you are prepared for anything that might show up on the simulations.
