I missed passing by 2 points and during the exam I felt I stood no chance with the simulations. My exam breakdown also indicated that I struggled in the sims. however, i don’t feel like becker helps at this point because i’ve memorized …is there any other form or method to studying/practicing sims?

Ninja MCQ comes with a bunch of sims. $47 for a couple months access. Can't really beat that.

I posted this elsewhere but… I didn't really know any of my Reg. simulations but was able to find the answers to them in the authoritative literature, did you abuse the hell out of the AL?

If not keep that in mind the next time you take the exam!

REG sims are bananas and there's not great way to study for them. Like another poster said though, I hear good things about NINJA.

For what it's it worth, understand how depreciation recapture works when dealing with sections 1231, 1245 and 1250.

    FAR - 75
    AUD - 83
    BEC - 85
    REG - 72, retake October 2015 - 85 PASS!

    And I'm DONE. Praise!
