REG Sims

    Two concerns:

    1) Has anyone ever seen or heard of someone getting a B-Law sim? Becker has a few but I figured that they would never be on an exam.

    2) In general, how the heck does everyone else prep for REG sims?! (Probably has been addressed on here before I’m just getting stressed over them.

    Don't worry about the BLaw sims. I didn't do them on my Gleim Review. The sims will mostly be both Taxes and Property transactions, especially Property transactions. You need to focus a lot on that and the taxes.

    @Skynet please give an example of a property transaction question type. I need all the help I can get with REG sims 🙁

    I had a sim that was just straight calculating both basis for the exchange of two property assets and any gains or loss.

    Was it partnerships and C-corp. only? I am seeing mostly those on the practice MCQ

    No, it was any topic that involve an exchange of properties. That's why you have to work the Sims.
