What are the penalties for a violation of Section 11? Is it just monetary damages and Section 12 is Monetary damages or rescission?

@weston As per Becker textbook, Section 11 remedy is only damages, not rescission. Section 12 is not really covered in depth. But it says that Section 12 purchaser may sue for damages without proving scienter or reliance (ie. fraud).
