    Good day everyone,

I just get back my failed test grade report, which is a little surprising..

I need some advice on how to study for Ethics & Legal Responsibilities (15-19%), which showed as “weaker”…

For some reason, I though I did really badly on law and taxation, but

    Business Law (17-21%) Comparable

    Federal Tax Process (11-15%) Stronger

    Taxation on Property Transactions(12-16%) Comparable

    Taxation on Individuals (13-19%) Stronger

    Taxation on Entities (18-24%) Comparable

I am not sure how reliable is the score report when you only miss pass with couple point, but it said ethics and legal responsibilities put me down. Any clue how to study on that?

Also, any advice on re-take will be great. My plan is to wind up auditing in beginning of July and then regulation again in August. I am currently doing an auditing project in my workplace and I am also taking a service test on auditing in June. I guess it make sense to do auditing first…Anyone think two month (maybe 10-15 hours per week) for AUD is a little too short? And if I spend one month for REG review (10-15 hours per week) it will be too rush?

    Thanks everyone!

You can do it, yellowsugar! I agree with your comment you made above regarding life repeating itself. I feel like my life is just one long day that runs together. It will end soon though and it will all be worth it!

Hopefully… I really doubt about that..

Okay, the wroth thing is.. I didn't pass none of them and I will just have to retake FAR next year (credit expire). I think I booked too many thing in my life and I am just too busy. Afterward, I wish I can split myself like a NINJA so I can appear in three different places.

My parent said I should never give up my job just because I need more time to study. Afterward, I am the only person working in the household. My sister said $200 is like nothing to retake a test so I should just repeat until I beat it. (Since I am self studying with only Wiley the overall money I spend is really a piece of cake compare to my salary).

The most important thing is: I would rather stay home to study for the CPA than to go learn how to drive. I really can't drive and learning how to drive is way harder than passing the CPA (at least passing FAR is easier than getting my driver license). Okay.. I got to work on getting my driver license too!
