    Hi everyone,

First off, I’d just like to thank everyone who posts here. I’ve been extremely encouraged by those of you who have persevered through some unfortunate test results.

This may seem odd in light of my comment above but I’ve found myself an a very frustrating position. I really have no one to blame but myself, yet still I would appreciate everyone’s advice. There are a ton of “how to study for retake” posts out there but I have some specific questions I would like to hit on. After re-studying for REG from my first attempt, I increased my score by what I consider a significant amount 14 points (I thought I had it in the bag). I did in fact start using the NINJA audio and notes which I consider a huge contributor to that increase. Considering we’re coming up on busy season I really want to know how i can effectively use my time (the limited amount I’ll have). So here it goes:

    1) Should I purchase a Cram course and focus a majority of time on that?

    2) I scored weaker in Ethics/legal responsibility (15-19%) and Federal tax process (11-15%). Everything else was comparable except Tax on Ind which was “stronger” and Simulations which was “weaker”. Should I focus a good portion of time on the weaker sections?

Thanks everyone for your time and Happy Holidays!
