Can someone guide me if my assumption is right about the REG mcqs?

So overall, REG is supposed to be 60% tax, 20% blaw, and 20% ethics.

All SIMS are tax, so there goes 40% of the tax allocation. Does that mean the MCQs will be pretty evenly split among the remaining 20% of tax, 20% of ethics, and then the 20% business law?

FAR: 83

Where do you see it specifying multiple choice only? After taking Reg that appears to be correct claim but content specification doesn't mention mcq only.
