REG: PMSI Questions

    Can there be more than one PMSI on Noninventory at a time?

    I ask because after I read R7-36 in Becker, I think to myself: Why wouldn’t everyone just file a PMSI with their Secretary of State?

    And if everyone did file a PMSI on noninventory, then who would be the ranking PMSI? Whoever perfected their PMSI first?

    When everyone has perfected, the first to file has priority.
