    Secured transactions and Contracts—worth my time stressing over it??? Reg is on monday for me….

    Any other pointers???

    @ Clemson ATS- Just to be on the safe side go over secured transaction and contracts. I rather be safe than sorry….;).

    Remember, 40% of your exam is based off your simulation grade. This will most likely be tax issues (of course it's possible to get law questions, but not very likely). Multiple choice will be mostly tax issues. Skim through secured transactions and contracts if you're pressed for time, and make sure you know the important rules. Don't stress too much about the details.

    Actually, most of my MCQs were related to b-law…I had very few questions on taxation….

    Study it, you never know…
