Before the exam tomorrow the one topic I feel weak(est) is Net Operating Loss.

I got the back 2 and forward 20 and if decline the carryback it’s lost forever.

What else do you all know about this?

Should I try and memorize the formula?

Income <operating expense> + dividend <drd> – NOL carryfwd = NOL

I’m not familiar with this… can you tell?
