I have the full Roger pack for all the sections and Gleim mcqs. I went over all the lectures using roger in about 2 weeks and now doing just mcqs using Gleim. However, I am having a lot of trouble, Im getting only around 30% for most of the subunits. The gleim questions seem to have so much detail that I have to make a guess which turns out wrong almost every time.
I did a little bit of roger mcqs back when i was watching lectures and those seemed to be more understanding and simple.
REG is scheduled for Aug 10th and I have not even gone over any task based simulations yet.

I am not sure if Roger REG lectures didn’t work for me and need to go with a different review and move the test date, or are gleim mcqs just that hard and I will be fine with just using Roger mcqs.?????

I used Roger, and found the lectures & MCQs to be sufficient. I didn't try any SIMs until the day before my test (usually I started them 4-5 days before but since it was my last one I got worked up and kept hammering MCQs instead). Gleim's MCQs are more difficult than what you will find, and many of them don't apply at all (way too detailed as you mentioned), although I do recommend Gleim's ethics MCQs. The trick for Gleim is knowing which ones matter and which don't, if that makes sense. Some MCQs I wouldn't really bother reviewing (I'd randomly choose an answer and ignore the explanation) because they required knowing the exact phaseout etc. and the exam isn't set up that way.

I started one of Roger's SIMs and was actually surprised at how difficult it was (did 2 or 3 of Gleim's) and just gave up on it to do more MCQs (was also super burnt out at that point). Since you're still a week out I think you're more than fine with Roger's MCQs and SIMs. I also, I advise looking at the blueprint for the SIMs and knowing those topics well. I found the IRC to be much less user-friendly than FASB or ASB/PCAOB literature as there are so many laws/regulations/codes and numerous subtopics, good luck.
