REG Material Question

    For anyone who has taken Reg, is it worth even studying Tax ethics and tax court set up/appeals process? For those using Becker, this is the second half of R4. Gearity blows through it, and literally just reads certain definitions. Seems like a lot of work for not much payoff.

    Study the hell out of it! From what I've heard, I feel like this is REG's version of BEC's IT section, where people were amazed by how many questions from this material they were tested on. It covers 50 pages or so, right? That should tell you something. Don't skimp on it.

    Yep 50 pages. Gearity says 2-3 questions at most.

    I totally concur with barelstayingsane regarding the BEC IT comment. I had the same experience when I took BEC in May.
