Peter O was kind of unclear when discussing the mailbox rule – only clear that it’s always heavily tested. LOL
Acceptance of the contract: effective when the offeree sends (dispatches) the acceptance (regardless if lost, delayed, stolen by mail or recipient). The offeree accepted the job offer and mailed the acceptance on 10/5. The contract has been formed 10/5.
