REG: Long term capital loss can reduce the shareholder's basis? (S-corp)

    Bisk explains that SH’s basis is adjusted by ‘long-term capital loss’ . However, in my opinion, I believed that SH basis in S-copr does not be effected by LT Capital loss. Am I wrong? Please help me.

    all gains and losses increase/decrease basis in s corp including capital gains and losses. also note that tax exempt income will increase basis in s corp
