I passed every exam first try with the exception of FAR, where I got a 74 on the first try.

This will be my last exam, but REG seems to have an immense amount of stuff on it.

I am taking it tomorrow morning.

    I took the becker practice and got a 72 and a 78.

I’ve done all of the available Ninja questions except for like 200 of which are in business law, and im trending 75% on them I believe. But this is speeding through without full effort.

I assume I’m in good shape? I know nothing about farming income, but forget that noise its too late in the game.

Any tips you guys can give me on what to focus on? Everytime I take a practice or tackle a set of MC I seem to know the stuff, but off the top, its impossible to remember everything and it makes me uneasy.

Theres simply no way I can remember all the phase out amounts, and how it applies to everything.

    Any pointers would be appreciated!

Just to be safe I would say you should know the phaseouts. But if you did that well on the Becker exam and you feel comfortable with NINJA I think you should be okay.

I would not stress about it to much. I wouldn't try and memorize every single number. Just know that this particular topic may have a phase out. Watch out for it on the MCQ so you dont get tripped up.

The MCQ won't be any harder than NINJA. If you see something in a SIM that you know is subject to a phaseout look it up in the AL. I would say understanding the concepts is way more important than the phaseouts.

From my experience, phaseouts are not tested. Good luck

phaseouts are definitely not tested as in specific amounts… I think you need to know 10% for medical, casualty losses, what's 2% for itemized deductions, etc. but they aren't going to expect you to know when the medical phases out I don't think. At least I didn't notice on my test in July that it was tested….
