    Hi All,

I know I should I have studied through the weekend for REG but after getting my second failing score in AUD I needed a few days to regroup and figure out what I wanted to do whether that be continue with REG or go straight to AUD and I decided I’d stick with REG with my exam being on April 28th and then take AUD May 30th. I feel 4 weeks should be enough time to study since I’ve taken the exam twice already and I “feel” I know the material. My main question is I now have 7 weeks to get through REG, which seems like a good amount of time but it takes me sometime to grasp topics, generally longer than others but I want to get the experience of taking other exams. I’ve watched the first 4 chapter lectures in Becker to get those out of the way and get a quick idea of the topics that may be most difficult for me and get an Idea where I should spend most of my time regarding the Tax Law. To those who have taken the exam, I generally make my own notes for each chapter to supplement with the Ninja Notes but that can literally take HOURS as I’m very slow at it lol. My question is to those who have taken the exam, should I change my strategy and just focus on using the Ninja Notes and make additional notes after taking MCQ? Also, which parts of the Tax Law were most difficult for you? I’m definitely going to have a separate sheet of notes specifically for all the Phase out rules, and I plan on purchasing the WTB once I go through all of the Becker questions but other than that does anyone have any advice on how to approach this section. Many consider this section to be even harder than AUD which has me concerned because if I can’t pass AUD my chances are even slimmer for REG. Any and all ideas are welcome?

    AUD: (65)(66) 77
REG: (66) (48) destroyed me mentally.....
    FAR: (68) (66)(69)(71)
    BEC: (63) 75
