    What is the minimum a debtor must owe to be forced into involuntary bankruptcy?

    Is it $14,425 or $15,325 ??

    FAR - 86 - 2/27/14
    AUD - 75 - 5/29/14
    BEC - 80 - 8/31/14
    REG - 89 - 2/27/15

    It was 14,425 in 2013 and 15,325 in 2014 – I don't think Becker updated one of their MCQ questions either on the practice exam or in the actual MCQs. I forgot which.
