If I am comfortable with each but want to do a last week final cram for these sections, which in your opinion should I focus on?

    Everything.

Jk… It's all a crapshoot. You could study heavy in one area and get tested heavy in another.

With that said, I'm focusing on Partnership and Corporation formation and dissolution as far as basis goes. Know all individual tax. Hard to say with respect to blaw since it's such a broad and all-encompassing section.

Both! Don't be like me and study real heavy in certain areas and that section be the least tested. Hedge your risk unlike me! I made a 72…

I would try to narrow it down on your weaknesses in each category. The last week or two I basically just read everything and do as many MCQ's as possible. Refreshing everything can work wonders sometimes.

    BEC - exp 2/28/13 (crap)
    AUD - exp 11/30/13

Thanks guys, yea it is final cram week and I am pretty much “running on E”. I have had my nose in the books day in and out for at least the past month and now just trying my best to not even fall asleep lol.

I don't feel near as ready for taking this section as compared to the other sections I've passed, but I hear it's like that for a lot of people when studying for REG and FAR considering the amount and nature of the material.

No doubt. I find myself unable to recall information when away from the MCQs. I start doubting myself and can't remember if the tax rule or procedure is X or Y… but once I'm doing MCQs I tend to do ok. This terrifies me for some reason haha…
