I read all the posts about how horrible REG was. I am hoping knowing that, that if I assume the worst it will maybe be a little bit better than I expect. Anyone have any last minute suggestions? I definitely do not want to have to relearn this stuff again.

Don't freak out if you honestly have no clue on an answer. Time is more valuable that one or two multiple choice questions. If you don't know, move on. Use your “banked” time to crush the Sims by using the authoritative literature to the max.
