It takes me forever to get through MCQ. I estimate it would take me through the end of the day tomorrow to finish R8 MCQ. That would only leave me half a day for a review. I am thinking about just hitting the high point for R8 and spending my time rewriting notes, taking progress tests, and reviewing everything instead of finishing R8. I have been getting 70-80 on my progress tests, but it is still scary. I haven’t done any sims because has been tough enough to through what I have so far. So…..what say you another 71?

Finish R8 with only about 3 hours to review the rest?

Or if I hit the high points of R8 so I can have more review time, what are the high points?

I should ad that I finished Suretyship and Agency. The next part on entities is a beat at 130 questions. I know this is what is going to take forever.

I had this same issue with FAR. It came down to the wire and I had to make a choice between finishing F10, skimming F10 and little review time, or not doing F10 and doing an intense review of F1-F9. I chose the middle option. People gave me some good pointers on what to focus on in F10 and what to skip. I felt awful when I left the exam but was pleasantly surprised when my score was released.

Taking mine on Friday and basically stopped R8 before Employee-Employer. Through all the practice exams I've taken (Becker and Ninja) they aren't really tested.

Yep, I have REG on Sunday. I fell off track with my study schedule and I'm just now on R8 (Suretyship lecture).

For me, I'm going to finish the R8 lectures and MCQ (expect to be done tomorrow) and make enough time to go through the tax homework one more time, practice SIMs, and take at least one practice exam before Sunday (while working and raising a toddler). I can't reschedule, so I've got to just keep going full speed and hope for the best. I'm not leaving myself a lot of time for review here so I'm very nervous.

It is amazing to me the amount of material that is in REG. If it was just tax, that would still be a lot. You add in BLaw, and it's brutal.
