Hello!

I’m taking my last part, REG on 9/10! since it’s my last exam I’ve been lazy and slacking. My exam is in about 20 days and I’m still on R5 out of the 8 chapters. I haven’t been taking good notes on 1040 stuff so I will have to review them all over again. Do you guys who have taken Reg before think I have a shot at this exam? Also I’ve been skipping Skills Practice and SIMS, I’ve been just watching the lectures, reading, and MCQ’s and I haven’t been doing too terrible on the MCQ’s either. I would appreciate any inputs from your experience. Also would appreciate any tips such as for FAR, NFP and Gov’t were surprisingly heavy, are there anything like that where you recommend that I definitely take another glance at?

Don't panic. R6 is on ethics which frankly took 6 hours for me to complete. R7 and R8 is on business law, which lends itself well to MCQs. If you pound out the material in the next 10 days, you'll have enough time for your final review.

@Eas0014, no need to panic. 20 days is plenty of time to finish what you have left. I studied right at 4 weeks total for REG using Becker. With the time you have remaining, I would recommend the following:
R5- Finish up over the next 3 days and make sure you know it well, this is a huge unit in terms of content and importance.
R6- Finish over 2 days (tops, this is a very short unit)
R7 & R8- Allow 3 days each to go through.

– This gives you roughly 9-10 days to review for the exam. I would recommend hitting progress tests hard in this time to hone in on areas that need work. Like you, I also skipped nearly all of the skills and sims on Becker. I think you have the right idea to hammer MCQ. However, this is just my advice, I'm sure you know what works for you since this is your last exam already. Good luck!
