Quick question: studying REG-law Yaeger handouts (no lectures for Law) / Wiley questions / Ninja notes, struggling making 50-60% on MC my first time. Ran out of time, take the test May 31st. What should I do? Does anyone else struggle with REG Law questions the first go around? The questions are so long to read, I’m losing concentration.

Most people do struggle. The thing that makes law so hard is that one thing in the question can completely change the meaning. I would recommend reading the Ninja Notes very carefully and redoing some of the MCQ. One thing that can help is reading the question stem first. This should help from getting lost in the details of the question.
