Hi all!

This is my first time taking the CPA exam and I decided to start with REG. Today I was able to schedule the exam. My concern is that the only appointment available around the dates that I wanted is 5/31 at 630 pm. Any suggestions if its bad to take it on the last day of test window and at 6pm??? I will appriciate any comments or suggestions! Thank you 🙂

I took audit on the last (or close to last) day in the exam window. I don't see why it would be different than any other day towards the end. I schedule test early since I prefer to take them in the morning when I feel my brain is the sharpest, but it's just a personal preference.

The most important thing is that you feel good about the material and prepared for the exam. Don't drive yourself crazy just do whatever works with your schedule/exam plan.

F - no study = 67; May 15 = 87 & done

Thank for yor feedback! I prefer to take exams early in the day, but not spots available and had to settle with 630pm spot.

One big perk of taking the exam towards the end of the scoring windows is that you get your scores relatively quickly. Much better than waiting for weeks. You can use the day to refresh your memory. Good luck on the exam!

@OP…that is my spot to take REG too, at 6:30pm…I guess it doesn't really matter at the end anyway. I am very impatient, so I the shorter the wait the better.
