It’s like Government and NFP, learning something I never learned in college. Oh please, tax course in college never covered Estate Tax, Gift tax and Estate income tax. Right now I get that feeling when I studied FAR’s government and NFP.

I’m studying corporate tax for REG and the entire corporate tax part is a nightmare (except S corp which is slightly easier). I thought property transaction in individual tax was worse enough…..
