Reg – Difference between "Received by buyer" & "Tendered to buyer"?

    Please explain because to me it feels like they are the same thing.

    Assuming it's the same as FOB Shipping and FOB destination, in FOB shipping title passes to buyer once the goods are given to a third party for shipment to buyer. FOB destination is when title doesn't pass to buyer until buyer receives goods and title remains with seller during shipping.

    Is this helpful at all? I'm sorry, I am not familiar with Roger materials but thought I'd try to help you on this CPA filled new years night.
