@Tncincy – I like going topic by topic, at least that way, my notes have some sort of flow to them. It always bothered me when my notes were all over the place. Once I get through all the questions for a topic, or a chapter, I will do random MCQs for that chapter. When you start scoring well on that, move on to the next chapter. I will go back and review prior chapters as well. Doing random MCQs is nice, because that is how it is come exam day.
You can try and keep your self familiar with REG as you work through FAR, but it also may not be a bad idea to just simply take a break from REG. I know after failing twice on REG, I was absolutely tired of seeing the material. I don't know how quick the turnaround for an NTS is for you and if seats would be available on that day to retake REG. If you're feeling confident in yourself to sit for REG again this quarter, then by all means go for it. You're in a bit of tricky situation, because you definitely do not want that NTS for FAR to go to waste, and I also feel you should stick to one section until you pass it. I think it will be your judgment call as to how you want to handle REG and FAR. Sorry for the rambling and any confusion I may have caused haha.
