@JohnnyK I've taken REG twice as well and I really don't remember any blaw SIMS, they really stick to the tricky tax concepts. Good luck!

I was just reading your posts and seeing blaw sims, I was thinking WHAT?? what's a blaw sim?? Then I got it Business Law……gave me a good laugh.

Aw man..I was feeling so confident getting an 86 on a Wiley practice test yesterday, but I just took one now and selected “questions I got wrong more than once” and got a 70%… gahhh… I was so close to confidence! Apparently corporate tax is a weakness of mine..

Peanut don't forget some of the multiple choice are just difficult—I'd go as far to say more difficult than you will see on an actual exam. The fact that you are going through ones you've already gotten wrong and getting 70% of them right this time is a GOOD thing…means you're nailing down 70% of the most difficult questions in the test bank—questions that are likely more difficult than you will see on the exam and if you do see em, they will likely be in the form of a hard 2nd testlet(again, this is a good thing). So keep that confidence high my man!

I stumbled across a re-run of Hard Knocks about the Jets recently and saw a good speech given by their special teams coach. I know it helped picked me up a bit—don't get discouraged! youtube video is attached.

Well I just got finished with my third battle with REG and honestly I have no idea what to think. My multiple choice did not seem to get harder as the test went on, which concerns me. Does anyone know of instances in which the multiple choice did not get progressively harder in the subsequent testlets and people still passed?

Also, I had two research tabs in my simulation. Does that mean for certain that one of the research was pre-test? And therefore, all of the other simulations gradable?

At least I have no studying for a month or so!!!

I didn't notice any difference in the testlets and passed plus my performance report said that I scored stronger on the MCQ. Two research questions doesn't mean that one of them was a test question.
