Just finished up a Wiley Test Bank practice exam with just the 72 MCQs and I scored a 65. I think I better get my act together before Tuesday!!

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....
AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
REG - 75 (Lost Credit) 72, 68, 73, 75 (Passed again in Aug 2011) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
FAR - 65, 68, 75 (Lost Credit) 68, 73, 73, 80 (Passed again in May 2012) Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
BEC - 65, 68, 71, 72, 72, 71, 76 (Lost Credit)- 70, 76!!!! I AM DONE!!! - Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
After 10 long years of studying, I AM DONE!!!! Finally a Licensed CPA in the State of New York!!

First-time poster. Just took REG today. I felt like it went pretty well. I'm doing the Becker FastPass program, so I'm taking all four exams in eight weeks. I'm done with FARE and REG now. I felt like I passed both of them. Of course, who knows what a 75 really means? Audit is next up for me. Any study advice would be much appreciated. Good luck, everyone!

Well, I am 24 hours from test day. Yesterday was a decent day. I took 2 72 mcq's test on Wiley and got a 79 on each. But when I take it choosing the questions I havn't seen, I drop down to a 64!

I am going to go to Becker today and do a final exam, probably go to cpareviewforfree, and then back to wiley. I am going to try and review notes, but it seems like I start doing that but then feel guilty that I am not doing more mcq's and then pitch them. Maybe review some sims????!!

@Yankee, Good Morning! You're close to the home stretch. If you're going to do the Becker simulated exam, fair warning, don't let it destroy your confidence! Those two exams are brutal! Notes and lots of MCQ's sounds like a good plan. Good luck, you've got this!

Duly noted!!!! I admit I was a bit leary thinking about it. But the second Wiley exam I took yesterday had 3 questions or so that I knew. I was surprised. That is why I keep trying to use the “questions not seen” category to avoid that. But it seems like those I do worse on. Hopefully it is still helpful.

thanks for the good vibes….I am nervy about this. I hope your studying is going well. I really feel like the Wiley questions are good. At least for me, I feel like they are worded in a way, that gets me to think ahead, or think it through more. I don't know what I am saying anymore….either too much chocolate or not enough chocolate!

Good luck! I'm sure you'll do well. But don't let your nerves get the better of you, even if you're not scoring as well as you would have liked today. You're almost done, and any mcqs you can do will surely help. Have a productive day!

ok guys–just got the call. Prometric just called to remind me of my exam tomorrow (as if I could forget?!), they are so nice. Unfortunately, I have tested enough, that we are on a first name basis. Terry is so nice.

Just wanted to wish you luck too Yankee, I am walking the line tomorrow as well. I am still struggling a bit on some of the nuances on Corp basis versus Shareholder Basis, mostly trying to keep them straight.

@ Jpgrocho – Hopefully you did well on REG, as I have read this board your experience seems par for the course. Good luck studying for AUD!

Right back at ya! Good luck tomorrow too! I keep going back and forth. In one exam I test well in corp tax, in the next it is partnership. Definitely have to sort some things in my head today. Getting ready to pack it up and head to the library, unless I get a call from my mother in law who might need some help today.

I read on another thread that the BEC'ers were making a sacrifice to the BEC gods! I feel like I have made a sacrifice to the REG gods, I have sacrificed my @ss to them. With all the dark chocolate I have eaten, I could write the differences between the Securites Acts of 1933 and 1934 on my bottom…and have room in the margin!!!!!! muahhhhhhhh!!!!
