I took REG today and felt wronged. I got tested on terms I have never even heard before. I have chewed on every bit of Becker and studied all the updates listed on their website, but still ran into at least 4 terms/code I have never heard before, let alone making an educated guess! I came home and searched those terms I remembered in the textbook included in the software and they were not found. So I guess they're just brand new, but how are we supposed to prepare for those new info?
Also, I feel I spent so much time to chew on certain confusing topics and nail down the MCs but the material tested really is quite off from Becker material, not only the specific questions but the general direction of the areas targeted. Becker for regulation is more technical while what was tested was really more conceptual and more detailed (and the kinda detail that's easily missed).
I think I did fine for the 1st testlet since the 2nd was much harder, but for the 3rd, it was odd. The first 5 Qs or so were hard, and the rest was easy. The simulation tabs include somewhat basic calculations, but I hate how they make the info really long and complicated while they really were just asking simple questions. I'm curious, if I entered all formulas to calculate the result, will I get at least partial credit if my train of thought was correct but happened to miss something? Or do they just look at the final number you give?
I did get 2 research tab as well. Feeling lucky. =)
