I took my test today and didn't really see a lot of “specifics” either. I did have two research questions which really concerns me. Like a lot of people, I had two simulations which I had no idea what I was supposed to do with. This was my last sections so I am REALLY disappointed right now. Best wishes to everyone who is getting ready to take the exam!!

I did my best to forget what happened on the exam already…but honestly I don't remember there being any numbers on there that would change from one year to the next.

Bcox – why are you concerned about having two research questions? I welcome those.

    FAR 82
    AUD 81 (2007), 73, 80
    REG 68 (2010), 76
    BEC 58 (2007), 75 DONE!!!!

Thanks richard I guess I shouldn't get too hung up on those changes. I would welcome 2 research questions too. I wouldn't worry, it seems like everybody that comes out of REG feels like they failed but 45% of those people end up passing so who knows.

So far I'm not really liking Business Law. Just wrote notes on Professional Responsibilities and took a practice test and scored only a 70….I need to work on it and get closer to 80.

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....
    AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
    REG - 75 (Lost Credit) 72, 68, 73, 75 (Passed again in Aug 2011) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
    FAR - 65, 68, 75 (Lost Credit) 68, 73, 73, 80 (Passed again in May 2012) Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
    BEC - 65, 68, 71, 72, 72, 71, 76 (Lost Credit)- 70, 76!!!! I AM DONE!!! - Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
After 10 long years of studying, I AM DONE!!!! Finally a Licensed CPA in the State of New York!!

    hey guys!

I feel so much better, I just moved my exam back to August 6th. AAAAAAHHHHH! Better. I have to make my $35 count and really push hard. It is only going to give me 23 days to study for Audit, but I just sat for it on May 9th, so I think I will jump in from my notes and get right to it If I averaged 6 hours I could do 138 hours. My oldest goes back to college around August 1st and my youngest starts school on the 11th, so studying will be much better. I feel confident I can get those extra points to pass on that one.

    Ok..now back to REG.

    Have a great study day!

@yankeeaccountant, that will be the best $35 you ever spent.

I am about to start on Business Law and I'm not looking forward to it. It's all the things I never use and completly forgot.

Quick question. So I take REG August 3rd and Re-take AUD August 31.. What do I do in September? Suggestions would be great. Do I hold off for scores? Or start studying for BEC or FAR and go on like I passed both?

    10/03/12 AUD- 91!!!
    12-07-12 BEC- 75!!! (Half way)
    01/18/13 REG - 68, 78.

Start studying for one of your remaining exams. You're not going to know anything until the latter half of September so why waste time waiting on scores when you know you still have to take FAR and BEC.

    FAR 4/1/11 - 89
    AUD 4/15/11 - 85
    REG 4/29/11 - 80
    BEC 5/13/11 - 85

    10/03/12 AUD- 91!!!
    12-07-12 BEC- 75!!! (Half way)
    01/18/13 REG - 68, 78.

@Yankee, I am taking two this window. I took FAR a couple weeks ago which was a definitely failure, I just need another week to really nail the material. I ended up leaving the exam room during the SIMs crying, with a freaking hour left on the clock. Answered all questions–nothing blank, but a lot of bull$hit answers. I feel like a coward but I'll get it next time for sure. REG I sit for August 22nd, this is my third and last attempt! It's not too too bad studying in the summer. How are you doing so far in REG? First attempt?

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58
