@ CPA-Sector2814 and others who are going to take this exam:
I was one of those people who was completely shocked by the depth of matter asked for in the REG exam but now that I've seen my passing score I think I can safely say that I had studied the right way.
– While studying, try to remember the little little details that you would normally just skim through. Just knowing the broad, overall concepts will not suffice.
– Try not to leave anything out even if it seems really small and insignificant. I remember reading several posts which said that they received lots of questions on topics that were barely covered in the review material. (I googled up everything that I thought wasn't covered in enough detail and made little notes in my book)
– Most of the people on the forum have said this but I just cant stress on it enough – do as many MCQs as you can lay your hands on.
– Try to leave at least an hour and a half for the simulations. Timing is really really important in this exam because the simulations can be really detailed and you want to have as much time as possible to review some of the literature.
Good Luck to all of you! 🙂
