    Congrats!!

Ugh. The B-law portion kicks my butt. I have used Becker, and supplemented with Wiley test bank and Roger. For me, I felt like the b-law portion was easier to understand with Roger than with Becker. My opinion. I guess Peter Olinto's good lucks kept me distracted lol! Actually, I just like Roger's energy. I am reviewing the b-law portion and I have done all the q's and will review my notes and hope for the best. Good luck to ya!

I used Becker solo all the way through. Received an 88 on Reg this last week. It is has for me to say. I felt like Becker made business law incredibly difficult. At the same time, I don't feel like I had to deal with as difficult questions on the actual exam so maybe Becker was aiming to over prepare. If i had to pick a section to focus attention on, I would make sure you really have a grasp on principal/agent theory.

Thank you, it feels great to be done. REG was very difficult I will admit. Another warning for Becker users, for some weird reason they marked off Professional Responsibilities as all Ancillary material…but don't forget that accounts for 20% of the exam, do not skim over it. I know the reading is extremely tedious, but it is really is important for the exam.

    Hey guys,

About how much time %-wise should I be studying on each section of material for REG?

I'm assuming I should spend the majority time on tax concepts. Also, is it safe to assume that the simulations will be tax-related?

    Sims are only tax.

Business law is tested. You should study it as any other section.

    Tax is more important, though.

OMG the business law chapters are kicking my ass and I'm usually good at this stuff. Anyone else having a tough time of it? The practice questions are ripping me a new one! LOL!

    FAR - 79 (2x)
    AUD - 81 (expired), 77!
    REG - 74! omg (3x) 87!!!!!!! I'm done! OMG!
    BEC - 81 (4x)

    @veronica75,

B-law kicked my @ss all over the place. UGH. But it did last time too. So many nitpicky details. I could never be a lawyer!

What are everybody's thoughts on the Wiley 2012 testbank? I have used the 2011 and now the 2012 and in comparison, I feel like the 2012 is a touch tougher . anybody else feel like that? I keep going back to Becker and doing a progress test just to make me feel like I can do something right. OIY!!! I am hoping the third time is the charm for REG, but, I know it is going to take all the planets to come in line for this one!!!

Yankee, 2012 has different questions?! I'm using Wiley for AUD.. I've only gone into 2011 still because there were SOO many complaints about the 2012 version

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58

Occasionally I see people say that for REG, the sims only deal with TAX questions (i.e. no law/contract questions). Can anyone confirm or deny that for me?

    Thanks!

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 88
    REG - 87
    FAR - 86 - Woot, all done!
    Ethics - 100

Tbstew I am curious about that too. I am in the review stages of my studying and if the sims are all tax I should spend more time there for sure. I am using Gleim and it really covers a lot of material so I think on the other stuff I have a pretty good grasp. Can anyone shed some light on this for us?

Thanks and good luck to all.
