Yes, you have to able to get to the score page. If you are able to get to the part where you enter your section ID and DOB, but are just having trouble getting the score to load after that, you can try looking at the source code. Go to View at the top of your browswer and “source”. Then do a search ( ctrl+f) for “Scorenumber”.

I think. In order for View Page source to work, you at least have to be at a point where the page has loaded partially. Graphics might be still loading… But I can't even get to that point.
