what is this “loophole” everyone is takling about?

its not really a loophole. I dont like that word. anywho, you go to the nasba website and you try to register thru another state. Like the state of ohio. If its your last section, it wont let you register and you will get a message saying that you have passed all 4 sections. It wont show you a score but at least you know if you passed or failed. If you failed, it proceeds to register you and lets you select a section. I tried it back in january for REG and it worked so I knew i failed before i got my score.

At least i was mentally prepared for the depression once I saw the score. 🙂

FYI,

Looks like the loophole no longer has the message about passing all four parts. Don't get freaked out if you don't see it. No one on the FAR forum has seen it yet, but we will know more tonight when our scores come out.

The AICPA should release them to NASBA today or tomorrow. In the last window, FAR was released on Monday and REG on Wednesday.

With the AICPA nothing is for sure, but it does look like tonight is the night. Hopefully between 4:00-4:15 EST. I wonder if the number of people taking a certain section dictates the order they are released. It looks like this time fits the pattern:

BEC – 8,301 (1st)

AUD – 7,845 (2nd)

FAR – 6,965 (3rd)

REG – x,xxx (4th)

Maybe just coincidence…

How would you guess tonight's the night? It seems scores have been released every other day, my guess would be weds.

Me too! I ran out of time in my practice, but did lots of reading and note taking. It should be interesting if anything. I wish they would just get it over with.
