Last CPA exam section today (hopefully). Multiple choice questions were not terrible. First was very easy. Second had some tricky questions. Third was about the same as the second. First simulation was absolutely brutal! There were something like 7 tabs, all of which were complicated. I think I could of spent 2 hours on that sim alone. I gave up on it with about 50 mins remaining and just answered the communication tab, research tab, and a few random answers on the tabs that I guessed on. The tabs were all related however,  so I am sure that since one of my answers were wrong the rest were. The second simulation was very short. Just three tabs including the written communication. Wasn't bad at all. Both research tabs in sims were pretty easy to find. Back to waiting now!! Hopefully scores come out before the last few days of June!

part…. I have Becker and Wiliy's mcq's. Shall I buy Yaeger? I need

some materials to help me with sim and comm. I haven't studied in US and

it's very hard for me to understand some concepts…

I also took Reg this past saturday. Its my last part. Took it back in January and got a 69. It appears im not the only one that got a brutal simulation. I only had 1 hour to do the 2 simulations which was not enough time. The first one was just brutal. I know i got it wrong. The second simulation was able to do 2 of the tabs. Might get some point on the written part on both the first and second. Didnt bother doing the research portion (not enough time). MCs were not that bad just tricky. So im just hoping I did good enough on the MC to pass. Really wanna finish this!

I took REG this past Friday. Multiple choice seemed fair, they did not strike me as being extremely difficult and Yaeger seemed to prepare me well for them. First simulation was easy, second simulation was far out in left field and was not something I expected. Did not get a chance to finish the second simulation, managed to get through maybe two tabs and the communication tab, which the memo did not really answer the question but simply said I was unable to find the time but would get back to the client for their answer. Not sure if that gets any points but oh well.

Really hoping I did well enough on the MCQ and the first sim to compensate for the second one.

i am just thanking God that he enabled me to wake up 2 weeks to the REg exam to a strategy for bss law and in directing me to the right strategy for REG . its easy to take this exam a couple of times even when one has well reviewed it. i did not take the exam well and i believe i blundered on many questions i knew and plain handled the questions all wrong especially sims.

so i still thank God for enabling me do enough to just pass..

i pray i improve on my exam taking skills which i find is also key to passing,

thanks again allen and u r very welcome………… i think i did well on the mcs but would not have squeaked a pass if not for my written communication on the sims. if i was not so nervous i could have nailed the sim problems.

however, although i could not find the research for the written, i still wrote a well structured whatever answer i could muster. i even think we had same written.

Hoping the wave 2 scores release process is a lot more efficient and effective than the crazy delay of the wave 1 scores…good luck to everyone!

I just got my REG score TODAY: the 75!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so happy guys, I have never beeen happier to receive a score. This time I actually feel a little lucky too….. Good luck to you guys and keep checking your scores, they might arrive any time.

I am not sure which wave I was. It seems like 1a. I checked yesterday and my grade wasn't there and it appeared today. It is too early for wave 2 isn't it?

I remember being much happier about my 75 in FARE than about my 86 in auditing:)

This is so true Anna! I am much happier about this 75 than any other grade before. Best of luck with your REG! I know how 73 feels and 74 must be much worst.
