I’m frustrated, this is my day 5 of review, second day on chapter 3 C corp ONLY. I don’t why I dont understand it. It’s like my brain don’t digest the information at all. 🙁 I read the theme, read the flashcards I took notes, and whatever I fail.

My test is next friday!! and left me 6 days to complete the review of the other chapters.

How some of you manage this? How some of you understand it? Any suggestions welcome.

    Thanks

Look up Form 1120 from the IRS. I work in tax so C-Corp was a breeze for me. For non-tax people, I think it's a good idea to look at the forms because it helps you see the big picture. It also helps you to see how items are reported and how schedules flow to each other and the form. Good luck!
