Hi All,

I am currently studying Business Law under Becker, and want to know the best way to study this portion. I was going to do what I have been doing with other chapters (Tax). That is watch the lecture video, then read and do questions piece meal. Would flashcards be better or a condensed style of notes of each chapter? I know the more MCQs you do the better but I want to know if there is a more simpler way of studying this so I don’t spend so much time reviewing material while doing problems.

Unfortunately the Blaw questions on the exam are pretty specific, so u would need to know details. Reading the chapters over and over again as well as doing MCQ in my opinion is the best option.

The Business Law questions on the exam aren't there to try and “trick” you. Most of them are purely definition-type questions, touching on random subjects throughout the chapters. I would have a good understanding of the sections but be sure to spend most of your time focusing on the tax parts.
