I am having hard time grasping the material in Business Law, so far done with contract, sales, commercial paper and secured transactions. I know that the whole Business law only cover about 20% in exam. Do I really have to master this topic , its lots of material or am I stressing too much here? What is your thoughts?

Yes you need to know your business law stuff or you'll never pass..speaking from experience lol.. It's heavily tested in MCQ

I am taking it in May as well. I decided to study law during my more relaxed study times. I save the tax material for my set aside morning hours when I am most alert and focused. I watch law videos while I am working out, washing dishes and answer MCQ while I am watching a little tv at night.

So far I think it's working! We will see!

I totally am 🙂

While you were all suffering through tax season I was enjoying my 32 hour part time job in the corporate world.

However, our fiscal year close is Saturday so the next month is going to be pretty brutal ajd my my test is the 24thh. I've already warned my husband that Mac and cheese will be the repeat dinner of choice 🙂

I would not underestimate it either! I took REG in October and only spent a few days on it and I ended up with a 69! I just took REG again on 4/13 and I feel like I did better than a 69 but not the mastery necessary for that 75. 🙁

I had a hard time grasping Secured Transactions and figured to just “skim” through it since it's such a small section in the Ninja Notes. Needless to say, be prepared for ANYTHING.
