Are the blaw questions typically harder or easier on the actual exam as compared to becker/wiley? I’m a complete blank from the 1st exam although I was “comparable” in blaw. gracias.

I think as long as we are ready for ANYTHING we will be alright. Remember that every test is different and that “harder/easier” is a relative term. If we study all of it and prepare for the unexpected they will all be easy. I'm about to head over to Mr. Wiley's site now and camp out for about four or five hours. I really wish that freeloading SOB would just get out of my house! His books are everywhere and his Online Test Bank is now the home page on my computer. He's even taken over my Kindle!

lol Kricket. Me too! I gave up cable for this so my only entertainment is olinto & gearty…sad

Yes, I know every test is different, but just wondering if Wiley is an overkill for blaw. Never know for sure, but directionally I don't know if I'm spending too much of my now limited time on it.

Kricket – got it. If the post is not legit delete it (didn't mean it to be). Only asking for opinions of people using the above mentioned materials with full understanding that every test is different, better to be prepared than under prepared, and all the other usual stuff.

Becker was much more representative than Wiley. Wiley seemed like overkill for business law. I only relied on its online test bank for tax law and used Becker for business law. That combination worked for me. Just don't forget to pay special attention to the Becker ancillary material in R4.

I agree with @unDeR. I did Becker about 2-3 times and read each chapter twice. I used Wiley Testbank for Tax portion but didn't have enough time for blaw. Becker was sufficient for B-law, and Wiley did a great job for Tax. Sometimes Wiley went into much depth than it was required for the actual exam. It's always good to be overprepared, but if you are tight on time…don't worry about doing blaw in Wiley, but def do the tax portion!
