So I am preparing for my third test right now which is in a week and I have taken Audit and FAR already. I have preparing the exact same way as my first two. When I have gone through the AICPA questions for my first two test, I missed a few here and there but to me it seems like the REG questions are very very tricky. Has anyone else had the same feeling? I feel they are trick questions and I seem to get a lot of them wrong even though I feel I am very comfortable with the material. I have gone over the becker lectures twice and Read through the book 2 or three times. I am kind of worried now to take a practice test because I was caught off guard by the AICPA ones. Thoughts from anyone about how they felt with the REG questions? Thanks

I bombed the AICPA released questions. I felt like the test itself was much better, I wonder if a bunch of those were pretest questions that the AICPA just rejected and never actually graded on. I still don't have more score for the real thing so not sure how my actual score will compare with those questions though. I think I nearly got half of them wrong.

2012 MCQs are useless. I tried them for BEC and bombed them last quarter. Took a look at REG and it made me anxious. 😮

lol yeah those released questions are no joke… I think it is fair to say most ppl bombed on them. If you are not strong enough mentally, they can also mess with your mojo going to the final week of review….. The first few questions are medium (it says it a the top) and the others are difficult (says it at the start of the difficult questions). If you attempt to do a complete practice exam on the wiley 2012, it will also be 90% difficult questions… These things does not simulate real experiences.
