REG 5 days.. No clue about B-Law

I take my REG exam on Wednesday and I HAVE to pass or else Audit expires. I am starting to get confident on the Tax Law and just need to hone in on pounding MCQ’s. My problem arises from Business Law… I have BARELY touched this yet because I am in such a cram and Becker’s business law lectures are obnoxiously long (yes I get there is a lot of detail). WHAT DO I DO?! Need all the help I can get at this point. I am desperate and losing my hair from all this stress… help a brotha out please!

I'd say just focus on the tax portion.
You can't really study all of BLAW in 5 days. Hopefully you get a lot of tax stuff right.

    NINJA Notes

If you buy then and you don't think they're helpful, we have a 30-day refund guarantee.

(They ARE the solution you're looking for in this time crunch, in my humble, biased opinion)

If I were in your shoes I would 100% push the test back to the last day of the window. Not sure if that’s December 10th?

Yes it’s frustrating because business law has so many sections for a smaller portion of the exam, but it’s still on the exam.

Review review review and pass your last exam. Good luck

It boils down to understanding what a contract is and when it is formed, what an agent is, and bankruptcy. That’s the bulk of it. There is some lingo and application of these concepts. It’s not bad and sticks when you read over it. GL!

I wish I could move the test back; however, my Audit exam expires the 30th. Prayers up on this one. Gonna be a doozy. I should have mentioned I took this exam last year and got a 72…. I am an idiot and let work get too busy and I just let myself get lazy and not study until it came down to the witching hour (cue scott hanson's voice)

Just do nonstop MCQs and read through the BL section. Focus on basis, gains, and distributions for each type of entity and individuals. Know the subtle differences. BL is a small part of the test and intuitive, so it’s not hard to retain.

Honestly the best thing I found for business law was getting the NINJA subscription and listen to the audio over and over! Reg is so tricky the past two times I’ve either had easy sims and awful mult choice or easy mult choice and awful sims… Good Luck!

    AUD- 7/30/2016

Either push it back or hammer the BL multiple choice questions. The CPA exam is like a game of Russian Roulette. You can either walk into that exam and get no questions about BL on the exam. Or you can walk in there and they hammer you with BL to the point that you feel like 80% percent of your exam is BL. Honestly, I would not gamble with the chance.

Just read the book and do the MCQs. If you skip the SIMS and the lectures it should only take two days.

Also get the shipping liability stuff down…shipping vs. destination, and bills of lading. It's mostly that, some UCC, and the contracts stuff.

I think agency is also an area to understand.

Usually if you understand the concepts here, that is enough.
