Ok, I’ve seen this question answered BOTH ways on this message board, and I’m now just 100% freaked out. I’ve even asked this before and still do not know for sure…

If I’m taking the exam next week (12/3), will I be tested on 2013 tax law or 2012 tax law? I’ve heard that 2013 testing began in July, but I also heard that all exams through the end of the year would be tested on 2012.

Can someone who recently took the exam maybe help? So over this stressing me out and distracting me from my studies!!

Just be familiar with both. Because know one really knows until you sit in front of the monitor. Items adjusted for inflation I recall reading somewhere that those items are not testable.
