    Can anyone please tell me if General solicitation is now ALLOWED under Rule 506 of Regulation D?

    I think it was amended as part of the jobs act. They allowed general solicitation as a boost for the economy.

    FAR - 93
    REG - 87

    Wait, the wind changed direction. I'm sure the rule either changed or has been completely abolished and no one knows it because it was buried in a bill that no one read. 🙂
